As things cool off outdoors, you'll find some some hot new items indoors here at the shop! We're getting our orders together for our Christmas merchandise and let's just say, we're so excited we can hardly stand it!
In the meantime, we should be receiving our new shipment of crystals by this weekend, (fingers crossed). We've ordered more of those beautiful elestials that flew out of here, as well as faceted garnet, generators, smoky clusters and more!
We're finally getting caught up on the soapmaking! We've hit it really hard this past month and beginning on Tuesday we'll begin putting out the new bars. We know many of you have been patiently waiting for the Lemongrass and it will be the first one to hit the shelves!
Thanks to Sara for learning to make soap and helping get us caught up! Several of you have asked about a soapmaking class. If you are interested in learning to make soap the "old fashioned" way, known as "cold process", shoot us an email or just let us know when you stop in. The class would probably have to be held on a weekend, either Saturday or Sunday and would be approximately 4-6 hours long.
We've had several requests for protection items for deploying soldiers to carry with them overseas. We now have "Earth Angel" Protection Coins! If you've always wanted to know different ways to use your crystals, plan on attending Frank's class Friday night, "Crystals: Mandalas, Elixers, and More!" Most of us know how to cleanse, program, and use a crystal but how do we use several crystals in conjunction with each other? Crystal energy when used properly and synergistically can be very useful and powerful to bring about manifested desires. On Saturday it's "Aura & The Auric Layers" with Frank. Do you ever wonder what the aura is? What are these ‘vibes’ that you get from some people? Come and learn the different layers that make up the aura and the different colors and what they mean. Learn techniques to clear, protect, and see the aura during this fascinating workshop. 4p-6p; $25
Next Saturday, September 15, is our big field trip to Nashville! Join us for "Sacred Nashville"! First we’ll experience the Buddhist Festival at First Church Unity and then we’ll travel to Sri Ganesha Temple to observe and learn about Hinduism. Breakfast not provided so please come well fed. Lunch will be early afternoon. We will be leaving from Celestial Esscents at 10:00a.m. sharp. Please sign up NLT Friday the 14th so we can arrange lunch accommodations, and also for the staff at the Temple. Please let us know if you’ll be driving alone, or if you’re able to offer transportation to anyone who may need a lift.
Corwin, our massage therapist, is making plans to be at Celestial Esscents full time and will be rennovating our upstairs where she can offer her services on a daily basis. We're very excited that Cori will be here every day!! We'll keep you posted as to how the plans are coming along.
